Founded by Michael Agbortoko Jr in 2011, Duafrica is a global platform which enables anyone globally to experience and interact with Africa and  it’s ever-emerging culture.We provide African Music, Fashion, Art, Talent, and other forms of self-expression to the rest of the world and to individuals who have emigrated from Africa around the globe. Duafrica strives to help people remember and embrace the roots of the African culture, we hope the rest of the world will become familiar with these creations and characteristics. Our platform is unique and allows user to listen and educate themselves by exploring the many works, creations, and qualities of the African culture at no cost.DuAfrica will not only serves as a gallery of African culture, talent, and information, but also as a means of enabling the international market to purchases hand crafted African products. Keeping with the values of our company, each product sold is purchased at fair trade, an organized social movement and market-based approach which aims to help producers in developing countries make better trading conditions and promote sustainability. We strive to further support  native villagers and their loving, hard-working communities in Africa. From each product sold, 3% of the sale(s)  will be donated to our project fund, which generates revenue to fund each project.By doing so, it allows  us to give back to the native African people and their communities.

Our mission is simple: To innovate,educate, connect and promote the pride held in the countless and ever-emerging creations and achievements of the African culture to the rest of the world from a non media perspective.While helping native Africans overseas keep in touch and admire the lifestyle they have come to recognize as their own.

Our team has not come together in an effort to earn profits or climb to fame--our team has come together as the result of a group of people with the common desire to help change the lives of others, no matter how great or small the task. Each of our team members are encouraged to be enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about conceptualizing and achieving company and personal goals. We hope that our aim to touch the lives of others, will encourage other people to reach out and make a difference in thier community, state or country.
